Common questions

• Cancel or change Outset Pro. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > your profile > Payments & subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in Outset’s Settings.
• Pro on a new phone. Sign in with the same account, then open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases.
• Change your payday or paycheck. In Outset, open Settings > Pay schedule.
• Export your entries. Settings > Export entries makes a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet app.
• Delete your account. See how account deletion works.
